Big Brother Mzansi’s shower hour sparked a debate this week between #BBNaija fans and #BBMzansi viewers.
The reality show returned for a third season this past Sunday and has already divided fans across the continent.

SHOWER HOUR DIVIDES FANS
South Africans and Nigerians participated in a heated debate on Twitter this week when they compared the Big Brother Naija and Big Brother Mzansi shower hour.
It all began when a Nigerian tweep tweeted that Big Brother Mzansi is promoting pornography by showing housemates completely naked during their showers.
This is the complete opposite of Big Brother Naija which never shows housemates nudity when they are showering.
More Nigerian tweeps agreed that their country doesn’t accept such behaviours because of their strong cultural and religious convictions.
Mzansi tweeps did not take this comparison lying down and accused Nigerians of being hypocrites.
South African’s proved this by revealing images from Big Brother Naija housemates who engaged in ‘immoral activities’.
‘BIG BROTHER MZANSI’S’ RATINGS DOUBLE
Entertainment commentator Phil also announced this week that ratings for Big Brother Mzansi’s shower hour doubled between Monday and Wednesday.
Tweeps believe that the shower hour debate was partially responsible for the spike in views.
Others believe that housemate Dinky Bliss’s twerking in the shower and swimming pool was also partially responsible for the views picking up.
Rethabile Potsane, who prefers to be called Dinky Bliss, is a businesswoman originally from Welkom.
She describes herself as “loud and proud” and a fashion lover who promises to bring a lot of drama into the house.
HOUSEMATE TERRY
Other housemates include Gugu Bonga who is known as Terry Treasure.
Terry is an adult content creator and make-up artist with a big personality and does not like fake people.
Viewers saw her clashing with fan-favourite housemate – Nale this week and are hoping for more drama between the two.
Terry revealed that she wants to win the R2 million so she can take care of her family.

Very annoying they are making it as if BBNaija is the batch mark for big brother like they are complaining about the house mates being shown while showering but , it has always been like that before .
